August 14, 2025 03:40:58 PM
According to the report, the United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) has released its preliminary results from the administrative review of the anti-dumping duty on imports of carbon steel and alloy steel threaded rods from India. The review covers the period from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024.
Some market participants indicated that Mangal Steel Enterprises Limited (Mangal) did not sell the subject merchandise at prices below normal value during this timeframe. As a result, the USDOC initially determined that the company faced no dumping duty.
The final decision on this review is anticipated within 120 days following the publication of these preliminary results.
